Creamy Dill-Tarragon Salad Dressing Mix

Combine 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cups canola oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, 2 tablespoons prepared dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon mix in a blender or food processor. Mix until well blended. Yields 3 cups.
Serve over seafood salad, cole slaw, pasta salad or green salad.
Ingredients: dried herbs, salt & pepper.
